Esta es una historia normal en la que ha ocurrido un apocalipsis zombi. La gente ha creado una zona segura en Busan, pero los precios de las cosas y de las casas han aumentado drásticamente debido al exceso de gente. Y (aún) con esta situación, la gente sueña con tener su propia casa. Y el protagonista de esta historia tampoco tiene casa. Sólo tiene una forma de ganar dinero. Lo único que tiene que hacer es cazar zombis, siendo cazador. Y para poder comprar su casa, el protagonista hará de todo en esta lucha.
