  2. I believe that avoiding prepared foods could be the first step in order to lose weight. They will taste great, but packaged foods include very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more to have enough energy to get over the day. If you are constantly eating these foods, transitioning to grain and other complex carbohydrates will aid you to have more vigor while feeding on less. Good blog post.

  3. Hmm is anyone else having problems with the images on this blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog. Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.
