Es el año 2011, en Florida, Jolyne Cujoh, hija de Jotaro Kujo; fue encerrada en prisión por un crimen que no cometió. Pronto descubre que su encarcelamiento fue un complot contra su familia; armado por un sacerdote de la prisión y el amigo más cercano de DIO. La misión de Jolyne es salvar a su padre y detener el objetivo del sacerdote de recrear el mundo a la imagen de su maestro.
